Incredible apartment of 65m2 at seafront, located 3 minutes walk from the Playa de Levante, in the center of Passeig Jaume I, Salou and very close to the representative modernist “villas” of architectural and cultural heritage of the population. It is a modern apartment renovated in 2024 with a large terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains to enjoy the sun of Salou. It has a large dining room with two couches, a large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances for cooking. This apartment has two bedrooms, one double with a Queen size bed (160×200), and another room with a bunk bed for two people. We offer our customers a baby cot and an extra bed for children under 17 years old under request. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator, has air conditioning, free private Wi-Fi, 5″ flat screen led TV with Smart-TV, fridge and private bathroom. The apartment has another terrace with direct access from the double room. The apartment is all outside with plenty of light.
The apartment is fully equipped and has all the bedding, bath linen and table linen necessary for your stay.
We do not provide hotel services, therefore we can not offer cleaning services and laundry. The apartment has all the basic tools for cleaning, as well as washer, dryer, clothesline and iron. The apartment offers a kit of tablets for the dishwasher and the washing machine in order to facilitate the use to you.
The apartment is located in the Novelty complex which has a communal pool with lifeguard and sunbathing area. We offer our customers two private parking spaces in the same building for cars and motorcycles. The maximum permissible height of the car park entrance is 2 meters.
Thanks to its excellent location you can walk to all the beaches of Salou and the historic center of the town, as well as all the shopping and nightlife.
The apartment is located in a particularly quiet area, given the nature of the town and taking into account the amount of tourism in summer.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Services and common areas
Private Wi-Fi: have a private broadband connection for our customers. Through our Android Smart-tv you can browse, watch movies and series online, listen to music or writing emails. We have wireless keyboard to enjoy all these features through the TV screen.
Private car spaces: the two car spaces we have available are located in the basement garage of “Novelty” complex with access ramp across the Berlin st.
Community pool: there are several areas for adults and others for children. It has bar-restaurant.

Disabled access: there are ramps and handrails in public facilities, except in the parking. The apartment is not adapted for the disabled.
Guest service
24 hour reception: there you can receive information on community facilities (pool hours, community wireless network, etc.) or delivery of keys if we could not be able to attend you personally to the appointed time. Reception of the complex does not carry out the duties of tourist establishments. Therefore, in the event of any doubt, question or problem, you must contact us.
24 hour security: it has security personnel.
Getting around
Great pedestrian zone. Very close to all services. Bus Station 5 minutes walk. Train Station 10 minutes by car. Taxi Rank: 400 meters. Station Camp de Tarragona AVE is located at 17km and Reus Airport at 8km from the apartment. These stations have regular bus lines that can take you to Salou, which stops are 5 minutes walk to the apartment.
Port Aventura is located 1.8km, but it can be reached by: regular bus, the tourist train of Salou or taxi. It can also be reached on foot in 25 minutes.
Very close to the apartment you can find car, motorcycle and bicycle rental services.
