Rates are applicable only for 4 guests.
Extra bed: 45€/night in the HS and 25€/night in the LS, upon request.
Baby cot for a child under 2 ys.old always upon request (7 Eur per night)
Car park space: 17€/night
Tourist Tax: 1€/night and per guest older than 17 yr.old (applicable for up to 7 nights over the whole stay)
Extra bed , Car park space and Tourist Tax will be charged on your credit card the day of your arrival. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email with all the details.
Damage deposit: 150€. The deposit will be refunded as quickly as possible, and without exception, within 48h of the check-out date.
Set up and sanitized fee: 90€ , this fee, does not imply that the guest can leave the apartment dirty or untidy. The guest is liable of the cleaning and maintenance of the apartment during the stay and responsible for leaving the property in the similarly good conditions.This fee covers the cost of sanitizing and setting up the apartment for the next customer, and includes towels change, bedding change (sheets, duvets, blankets, bedspreads, covers) , on-site check-in, handling keys, check-out and vacational contract documents. Therefore, the set up fee does not cover your misbehaviour, and it is considered misrespectful.
