How do I place a reservation in this website?

In this section, we inform you how to make a direct reservation in our accommodation, without intermediaries, directly between us (the property) and the client. Our website is simple and easy to use. Remember that there are additional charges that will have to be paid on the day of check-in. Make sure you know the amount before making your reservation.

  1. Select the dates of the calendar and the number of hosts to check the availability
  2. Contact us for different length of stay, prices and availability
  3. Additional information and free quotes are available upon request.

  • Click on ‘Continue‘ button if the data provided is correct.
  • There you can see the Total Price in ‘Price Breakdown‘

  • Fill in the form with your personal details and select the Method of Payment
  • Insert your coupon code and check the overall price of your stay when you click to ‘Price Breakdown‘ before you continue (the total amount does not include extra charges (car park space, cot, tourist tax, etc.)

In this section you can detail special requests, select whether you want to reserve a parking space, baby crib/cot or extra bed. 

  • Book our car park space costs 17 Euros per night
  • Extra bed for a child under 17 years of age, has a cost of 25 Euros per night (Low Season) and 45 Euros (High Season), always upon request (bed linen and towels included)
  • Crib for a baby under 2 years has a cost of 7 Euros per night, always on request (bed linen and towels included). We have 2 baby cribs in our apartment.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

  • Bank transfer (no fees)
  • Credit Card (POS Banco Santander, no fees)
  • PayPal (additional 3.5% surcharge, payable on the day of check-in)

 

PAYMENT DUE DATE

  • In Low Season: Pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and the other 50%
  • Before 30 days of your arrival, for reservations in which there are more than 30 days left for check-in
  • For reservations with less than 30 days left and more than 7 days left for check-in, 50% is paid before 7 days of the check-in date
  • For reservations with 7 days left or less, 100% will be paid in advance.
  • In High Season: the rate is always non-refundable
  • The expenses for ‘no show‘  will be the amount remaining to be paid

 

CANCELLATION FEES

  • 50% of the total amount if you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival.
  • If there are less than 7 days left, they are 100%.
  • Reservations of more than 7 nights and the non-refundable rate have a 100% cancellation fee.
  • The non-refundable rate is the result of applying a 15% discount to the standard rate (partially refundable)
  • If you use our 10% off coupon. EIXIDETA2025, cancellation costs will be 100%.
  • To ensure full payment of the reservation, a valid credit card is required as long as it is more than 30 days before arrival.
  • Free cancellations can be made up to 4 hours after your reservation
  • Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation
