The Exit

L'Eixideta is an incredible holiday apartment, open year-round and fully renovated in 2024, accommodating up to four people. It's designed to offer a welcoming and family-friendly holiday experience. Its location is unbeatable, right on the seafront in the heart of Passeig Jaume I in Salou, just a three-minute walk from the famous Levante Beach. From this excellent location in a particularly quiet area, considering the summer tourist crowds, you can easily walk to all the beaches, the historic center, the shopping and leisure area, and visit the nearby modernist villas, representative of the area's architectural heritage. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator access, is entirely exterior-facing, and enjoys sunshine throughout the day. It boasts a large terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views, perfect for soaking up the Salou sunshine. Inside, there's a spacious dining area with two comfortable sofas and a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, induction hob, and electric oven. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one double with a queen-size bed and access to a second private terrace, and another single with a bunk bed for two people. We also offer a baby cot and an extra bed for children upon request. For your comfort, the apartment features air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living/dining room, free Wi-Fi, a TV with streaming services, and a private bathroom with a shower. It is fully equipped with all the necessary linens for year-round use, bath towels, and table linens. We do not offer typical hotel services such as cleaning or laundry, but the apartment has a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron, and a complimentary kit of dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. It is located in the Novelty complex, which offers a seasonal communal swimming pool with a lifeguard and a sun terrace. For your convenience, we have two parking spaces available in the building's private parking garage for cars and motorcycles, with a maximum height of 2 meters. Please note that the apartment is primarily intended for family tourism. Pets and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment, except in designated outdoor areas.
